Commissioned by Leeds BID and delivered in partnership with Pro Audio Systems Ltd, Raven Staging designed and built bespoke Layher projection towers for the Queens Hotel's annual Christmas projection mapping event — installed across two consecutive years in the heart of Leeds city centre. Each year, the towers were erected overnight in a tight operational window, working around the live Christmas Markets and the demands of a busy public thoroughfare. The 2023 show, Magical Night, was voiced by Celia Imrie. The 2024 show, To Leeds, With Love, was voiced by Richard Armitage. Both productions were created by Barcelona-based projection studio OnionLab, whose large-scale mapping work has been seen at major events worldwide. Raven Staging's role was to deliver the structural platform — precisely engineered, safely installed, and ready on time — so the creative could land exactly as intended.
